We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager (with Registered Nurse experience and background) for our Riverside home health agency. We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) with prior experience in Supervision, Management, Coordination and Provision of quality home nursing care while demonstrating fiscal responsibility and maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Requirements for Nurse Manager / Clinical Manager includes:
* Current and unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered nurse.
* Three (3) year experience as a Registered Nurse. One of those years must
consist of full-time experience in providing direct patient care in the home
health setting. One year supervisory/management experience preferred.
* Current CPR certification
* Able to assess patient status and identify requirements relative to age specific
needs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrates knowledge of Federal/State rules and regulations, JCAHO
standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Demonstrates strong fiscal planning and management skills.
