Job description:
As a member of the nursing leadership team, this position is responsible for oversight and facilitation of quality and service
improvement. This position is to participate with the nursing leadership team to set the strategic direction for the nursing division with
respect to compliance and optimal performance in National Patient Safety Goals, Core Measures, Patient Satisfaction, Physician Satisfaction, Physician and
Staff peer review, safety and regulatory compliance. This position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is accountable for supporting
the nursing and ancillary departments in ensuring that all service performance targets are met or exceeded within the designated time
frames, and adherence to regulatory requirements are sustained. This individual is also responsible to keep abreast of any an all changes
to regulations making sure that these change are communicated in a manner that ensure proactive measure to taken to ensure ongoing
compliance and optimal performance.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
At least two years management experience in quality assessment. Five years clinical acute health care experience preferred. Must have California RN License. CPHQ certificate preferred. BSN required. Masters Degree preferred.
